Go2Paper Launches PaperManager: Publisher Edition

Industry Leading Paper Management Tool Targets Magazine Publishers

OAKLAND, CA- October 31, 2007 - Go2Paper (http://www.go2paper.com) a leading provider of e-business tools and services for the global paper industry, announced today the release of PaperManager: Publisher Edition (www.papermanager.com) to help magazine publishers manage their paper orders and inventory.

PaperManager, launched in 2003, was built to enable paper buyers and their vendors to coordinate paper orders for the printing of marketing materials such as inserts, catalogs, direct mail, and now magazines. Developed as a "Software as a Service" (SaaS) model, PaperManager is being used by many large retailers and catalogers helping them better track their paper orders from the initial order through the inventory remaining. With improved inventory visibility, they are able to save thousands of dollars by better utilizing existing inventory prior to ordering new paper while at the same time eliminating paper order mistakes.

PaperManager: Publisher Edition is more geared towards how magazine publishers order paper as it enables them to order paper by page form such as seven, thirty-two page forms and one, four page form. The buyer enters the total page count and the system creates the paper order based on the most efficient page configuration allowable by the printer. The order may then be submitted directly to the supplier. If the buyer needs to add or decrease the page count, it's easy to edit and process a change order, and all changes are documented.
